Software Engineer
Build the platform that runs field assessments end to end. We work in TypeScript, Next.js and Postgres and ship real features that specialists and offices rely on every day. You'll own meaningful surface area quickly — this is a place to build, not to sit in meetings.
What you'll do
- Design and ship features across the stack
- Work with Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with product, design and operations
- Care about reliability, performance and clean data
- Help shape the architecture as we scale
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with modern web development
- Comfortable with relational data and APIs
- Pragmatic, product-minded and self-directed
- Bonus: experience with mobile-first or offline-tolerant apps
