Field Operations Coordinator
You keep the field calendar healthy across the country — owning dispatch, confirmations and escalations so every visit has the right specialist at the right time. You're the steady hand that turns a messy day into a smooth one, and the link between specialists in the field and the offices that depend on them.
What you'll do
- Own dispatch and the daily field calendar across provinces
- Handle confirmations, reschedules and SLA escalations
- Balance coverage and specialist workload fairly
- Be the link between specialists and client offices
- Spot patterns and push improvements back to product
What we're looking for
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with scheduling tools and dashboards
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
