Energy Assessment Specialist
You are the face of Norwon at the customer's door. You visit homes and businesses, capture the roof, electrical and structural details on the Norwon app, and deliver a calm, professional on-site experience — often completing a signed report before you leave. No two days look the same, and the work is genuinely hands-on.
What you'll do
- Complete structured site assessments using the Norwon mobile app
- Capture high-quality photos, including drone imagery where applicable
- Check in on arrival and keep your own availability calendar current
- Deliver a courteous, on-brand experience in the customer's home
- Confirm visits within the SLA and communicate clearly with dispatch
What we're looking for
- Comfortable working on-site at residential and commercial properties
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone or tablet
- Detail-oriented, dependable and personable
- Experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, inspections or energy auditing is a strong asset
- A building-science or energy-advisor background is a plus
The impact you'll have
You are the single most important touchpoint in the whole workflow — the quality of your visit decides whether the job downstream is smooth or painful. Great specialists become senior specialists and mentors.
